You need to receive at least the first dose of the vaccine by September 30, 2021, and you need to complete your dose no later than when you renew your license. Your home care needs may even change during the course of our treatment. If you require a service that you do not see on our list of services, we may be able to meet that need or we will find a provider who can. Many of our services are paid by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. You may also pay for any of these services yourself.
